Blue is indeed divine, which made it easy for the esteemed conifer authority Don Howse to name this plant after the original discoverer Bill Devine. These little dwarf cedars have a wispy appearance that allows the light to dance through them. They also have a heat tolerance that allows them to go where other blue Small Wonders wouldn´t quite take the heat. ´Divinely Blue´ will always be wider than tall and will most certainly be divine.
